Emma joined HBA from 2010 to 2017, before relocating to the North of England. She moved back to London in 2022 when she re-joined HBA, and was promoted to Associate in 2025.
Emma is is currently leading the project to upgrade the public WC facilities in Westminster and the refurbishment of the Waterlily House at Kew Gardens.
She has also worked on several important cultural and historical projects, including the Painted Hall and the Visitor Centre and Archive for the Henry Moore Foundation in Perry Green.
