Kirsty is a New Zealand–based Senior Architectural Designer. She operates as a contractor providing consultancy services to HBA from New Zealand.

Kirsty was employed by HBA between 2009 and 2014, working from the London office, before later re‑engaging with the practice in 2021 as an independent consultant based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Kirsty was appointed Associate in 2026. She is currently primarily engaged on the Antarctic Infrastructure Renewal Program for the Australian Antarctic Division, where she is leading the technical design, compliance and performance requirements for these complex and challenging projects.
